had a very good marlin fishing charter - tagging  four marlin for the one day game fishing charter on the twelve mile reef, had two other marlin follow the baits. lots of bait balls of redbait and dolphins rounding them up, the marlin were there too. The marlin seem to be here nice and early , which is always a good sign for the season

this tournament was held on the week-end of 7th and 8th of February

day 1 - tagged  three fish , one switch baiting and the other two on live baits , beautiful calm day , fish really came on the bite late in the afternoon and we got one fish 30 minutes before lines in and one 5 minutes before lines in , and saw two others  in that period.

day 2 - calm morning with a building nor'easter during the day , scored a double header on live bait in the morning , missed another , then as the wind picked up the fish started tailing on the waves and we watched a fish tail into our spread and eat a live bait . This fish was tagged after a tough fight . saw a patch of mutton birds working and we headed over , jigging up some fresh bait right were they were , putting the bait out it was eaten by a small Yellowfin about 15 kg's , stuck two new baits out immediately eaten by a pair of striped marlin , both tagged. days tally 5 marlin tagged and one Yellowfin for dinner.
